Refunds

• 10% charges will be deducted for cancellation before 30 days to the course date
• 25% charges will be deducted for less than 30 days to the course date
• No refund possible for cancellation before 7 days to the course date

The amount refunded will be in proportion to how far you have progressed through the course date as mentioned above. Please allow a minimum of 5 weeks for a refund to be processed

Refunds will only be granted in extenuating circumstances rendering the Delegate incapable of continuing with the programme. Refunds are at the sole discretion of the IMET Academy, Foreseen events such as sporting, cultural or work commitments are not considered extenuating circumstances. Supporting documentation e.g. medical certificate, police statement etc. must be provided

Transaction fees charged would not be refunded/ reversed / Chargeback for any refund or reversal of any transaction, Transaction fees charged would be borne by cardholder for any payment

Refusal

IMET Academy reserves the right to refuse course fees and reserves the right to deny any applications

Validity of Invoices

An invoice issued by the IMET Academy is valid for a period of 2 weeks from the date of issue; The Academy reserves the right to withdraw an invoice within this period by notifying delegates in writing

Course Content

Every effort has been made to ensure that the information put forward is accurate. The Academy will take all reasonable steps to provide the course as described. However, the content of individual courses and the curriculum are under constant review and may change from time to time, with some courses being modified, discontinued or replaced. In addition, external factors such as industrial action or the death or departure of staff may make it impossible or possible only at disproportionate expense, for the Academy to provide a previously offered option. IMET Academy reserves the right to cancel or alter the course content, venue and timing or schedule of the course or identity of the speaker
